* Re-Implemented PLI-Sync feature (was broken since 4.3-b1). Now working on Expander channels as well as local.
* Refactor several tasks into standardized class: PocoFx, Sound2Light, MultiCastJson
* Bugfix Ethernet CGI: strings not null terminated caused corrupt display of longer IP address.
* Bugfix MulticastJson: (Navico MFDs service advertisement) should wait for a valid IP address, and thread safety.
